Goods must be returned within 14 working days from purchase date.
Goods must be unworn, unwashed with all tags attached.
Goods must be accompanied by original order receipt.
We would suggest you send the items back via registered mail, as it guarantees the goods being returned to us. If you decide not to do this HOTRAYZ can not be held liable.
